Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the role and topic you select, and your message. We use this only to read and reply to your message.

Please don’t include personal health information, details about your own or anyone else’s recovery, or other sensitive information in your message. We don’t need it to help you, and the Site isn’t designed to receive it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the Site secure and working properly.

Purchases on Etsy

CLEAN and its expansion packs are sold on Etsy, not on this Site. When you buy from Printer Format, Etsy processes your payment and shares the order details we need to fulfill it, such as your name, Etsy username and order information. We never see your full payment details. Etsy’s own Privacy Policy governs information you provide on Etsy.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Reply to your questions and requests
• Help with downloads, printing or group use of our products
• Keep the Site secure and prevent spam or abuse
• Understand which pages are useful so we can improve the Site
• Meet our legal obligations

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and Third-Party Services

The Site uses a small number of cookies and services that help it work:

• WordPress may set functional cookies, for example if you log in or leave a comment.
• Hosting: the Site is hosted by Bluehost, which processes technical data to deliver and protect the Site.
• Contact form: messages are handled by the Forminator plugin and stored in our own WordPress database.
• Google Fonts: our fonts may load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
• Etsy links: links to our Etsy listings include tracking codes that tell us a visit came from this Site. They don’t identify you personally.
• Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last and which website or search brought you here. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser type. We use this information only in summary form and never to identify you personally. • Jetpack: the Site uses Jetpack, a WordPress plugin by Automattic, for site statistics and security. Jetpack may collect information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit to count visits and protect the Site from spam and attacks. This data is processed under Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Search Console: we use Google Search Console to see how the Site appears in Google search results, such as which searches lead to our pages. This tool gives us summary search data only. It doesn’t place cookies on your device or tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, though some features may not.

How We Share Information

We share information only when necessary:

• With service providers that help us run the Site, such as our hosting and email providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public
• If Aurajinn LLC is involved in a merger, sale or transfer of assets, in which case your information would remain subject to this policy

How Long We Keep Information

Contact form submissions are automatically deleted from our website database after [90] days. Email conversations are kept only as long as needed to help you and maintain our business records.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable safeguards, including a secure (HTTPS) connection, spam protection and limited administrative access. No website can be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information online.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Depending on where you live, including certain U.S. states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict certain uses of your information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We’ll respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

The Site and our products are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Links to Other Websites

The Site links to websites we don’t control, including Etsy and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
